A liability release form must be signed by the buyer prior to
shipment. It can be downloaded by clicking on the button below.

of this release remain with the plans. Plans are issued to the person
listed as "owner" on the cover page. Signed release of
liability form remains on file at Hangar 10 Aero, LLC in Duluth, MN, USA.
Send
the signed form to:

Checks should be made out to Hangar 10 Aero, LLC. (Pay
Pal can be used as well.)

Mandatory Fee
The
plans will not be shipped until a liability release form is signed and
received, and the check received and cleared.
There
is no Hatz Bantam "kit". We do not have and will not supply
a builder's manual. A project such as a Hatz Bantam is generally
considered "plans built" even if prefabricated parts are used.
